Live Arrival Guaranteed

 

Corals of Eden provides a 100% live arrival guarantee for all of our aqua-cultured live coral for sale. 

 

In the case of DOA (Dead on Arrival) we will issue a store credit if contacted within 8 hours of Proof of Delivery. Store credit lasts for 6 months from the issued date.

 

Please contact us by via our contact form, or by emailing sales@coralsofeden.com within 8 hours of package arrival and have pictures of the deceased to verify authenticity of death.

 

In some cases we may ask that you ship us back the coral so please do not dispose of the animal until the issue is resolved.

Shipping Charges

 

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The only exception for this would be if the order was shipped to a location other than the shipping address that was provided when ordered. If this were to happen, you would qualify for a full refund for both livestock and shipping. First, we would offer to resend duplicate items to the correct address. If stock wasn't available, a refund would be issued for the item/items/order.

We value our corals.

 

With years of experience shipping live coral and invertebrates, mortality rates are just a fraction of 1% when purchasing from us. If something were to die, we have you covered there as well.

 

We truly value our corals, and our packaging techniques show this. Certain more sensitive coral species such as euphyllia are mounted to styrofoam floats to gently carry the coral and make certain it will not get damaged during the shipping process.

 

To ensure the survival of our highly sought after corals, each frag is securely placed inside a heat sealed bag and shipped with an insulated box. To maintain a proper environment, heat or cold packs are utilized. This is dependent upon your weather, which is checked prior to boxing.

 

 

Liability

 

Corals of Eden, LLC cannot be held liable for shipping delays due to any reason; Covid-19, weather, mechanical and other issues related to the freight provider.

 

When the weather isn't safe to ship (hurricane/extreme weather conditions) we will contact you to set up a safe shipping date outside of those conditions. We cannot be held responsible for shipping to an incorrect address if mistakenly given by the buyer.
